MAKE BELIEVE

everybody wants to believe certain things

and some people go to soothsayers in a 

hope that these hidden truths will be made 

clear to them through clairvoyance 

but in the end you have only what you see

and only what you feel to serve you as a guide

to the land of make believe and to

the domain of the thoughts that you wish  

for my part I have been told various things

and some things I have read in books

I have relayed the weird things I know

to my friends in various places already 

there is no accounting for the truth

of such tales, though they are few

and far between, and some stories thus

are just sacred secrets that we trust
